1. About us
Tiny Taikun is a business name of Hyperion Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 99 665 511 606), based in Sydney, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms apply to your use of tinytaikun.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We sell merchandise and digital products featuring quotes and ideas from well-known investors and entrepreneurs. We try to show product colours and details accurately, but screens vary and small differences in colour or size may occur.
3. Not affiliated or endorsed
Tiny Taikun is an independent fan brand. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Berkshire Hathaway Inc., Warren Buffett, Charlie Munger’s estate, or any other person or company referred to on our products or website. Quotes are attributed to their original authors.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are set in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. If you view prices in another currency, the amount shown is a conversion for convenience. Your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.
5. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. In that case we’ll refund you in full.
6. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we don’t store your full card details.
7. Shipping
Shipping costs, delivery times and international duties are explained in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns and refunds
All physical products come with our 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Replacement and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Digital products
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own non-commercial use. You may not resell, share or redistribute digital files.
10. Custom orders
Custom designs or quotes created at your request are made to order and are not covered by the money-back guarantee, except where required by law.
11. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text and images on this website are owned by or licensed to Tiny Taikun. You may not copy or reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.
12. Content on this website
Articles, courses and resources on this website are for general education only and are not financial advice. Consider your own circumstances or speak to a licensed adviser before making investment decisions.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing it, repairing it or refunding its price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
14. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
